About Me
I’m a software engineer with 20 years of experience designing and building systems that bridge hardware and software at scale. My work spans embedded Linux, IoT platforms, and large-scale device orchestration, where I focus on creating resilient solutions that perform from the lab to the home to the factory floor.
Over the years, I’ve built solutions ranging from Linux device driver and U-Boot bootloader modifications to factory data acquisition systems. I’ve also designed and deployed custom microcontroller-based solutions at the edge for data acquisition, and orchestrated the aggregation, reporting, and warehousing of data from both custom and standard systems.
Beyond the technical details, I’m motivated by building systems that empower people — whether through smart home technology that improves the lives of individuals and families, or infrastructure that helps organizations manage complexity more effectively. Looking ahead, I’m especially excited about the future of edge systems, particularly the intersection of AI and intelligent processing at the edge.
